1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Our team will confirm if the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

You will need to pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address.
3. Return Shipping

Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is not due to a mistake on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Wrong or Damaged Item: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

In case of COD orders, you may be asked to provide bank/UPI details for the refund.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order for a different item.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, you must wait for the item to be delivered and then request a return.
